I have no idea who actress Eva Mendes will be supporting this November. But I know that I like her attitude. Commenting on the media whirlwind surrounding Sarah Palin, Mendes said, "It's never easy when you're dealing with something like teen pregnancy. People need to look beyond that and give her the chance to have her fair say." Mendes made her comments during last night's premier of The Women in Los Angeles in which she co-stars with Annette Bening, Meg Ryan, Jada Pinkett-Smith and Candice Bergen.
Bergen, who has had her problems with Republican vice-presidential candidates in the past, was less generous. "I heard her speech and it's scary," said the former Murphy Brown star.
Well, it makes Eva Mendes that much more refreshing.
