Santorum Wins North Dakota

FNC has just called the North Dakota caucuses for Rick Santorum with Ron Paul and Mitt Romney in a fight for second place.

With 77% of the votes in, Santorum with 40% of the vote with Paul narrowly leading Romney (27% to 25%).
