Well, the Democrats won't get the 60 seat super majority.
Saxby Chambliss has been re-elected in Georgia.
So even if Al Franken prevails in Minnesota the Democrats can't run ram shod.
Not that it will stop them from trying.
The Democrats will get some Republicans like Specter, Snowe and Collins to go along with them so the Chambliss re-election, while welcoming news, is only a small measure of comfort.
