During a visit to Iraq, Vice-President Joe Biden announced an appeal of a ruling by a federal judge last month dismissing manslaughter charges against five men who worked for Blackwater accusing of killing 17 Iraqi civilians in 2007.
Shouldn't Attorney General Eric Holder have made this announcement?
The fact that Biden is making this announcement demonstrates this continued prosecution is nothing more than a political vendetta.
