Thoughts on Nintendo Wii

This afternoon I got together with a friend of mine who I had not seen in over two years.

After watching the Patriots get smoked she, her boyfriend and I played Nintendo Wii.

I had never played it before. Count me a fan.

We played baseball and bowling. It's unlike any other video game experience I've ever had. With most video games you are only moving your fingers. Whereas with Wii you are moving your whole body whether simulating a swing of the bat or the release of a virtual bowling ball.

It's almost as good as going for a swim. Although I'm sure the Nintendo people could find a way for us to go swimming without getting wet.
