Iran is openly mocking us.
Today, they have charged three Americans with espionage. Shane Bauer, Sarah Shourd and Josh Fattal were detained by Iranian authorities after they unintentionally crossed into Iranian territory while hiking in Iraqi Kurdistan.
This is Roxana Saberi all over again.
They'll try the Americans, convict them, sentence them to a dozen years of hard labor and then after the Obama Administration gives them a major concession on the nuclear program or just simply gives them money then they will be released.
There is no way Iran would touch any Americans if they believed there were dire consequences in store for them. When the Ayatollah Khamenei openly mocks President Obama it means they don't take us seriously.
Unless we change course we should be worried. Very worried.
