Roxana Saberi was tried in Iran's Revolutionary Court behind closed doors yesterday.
Saberi, who was born in America, was arrested in Iran on January 31st and subsequently charged with espionage.
A verdict is expected to be announced in the next two to three weeks.
Given that Saberi is both an American and a woman I think her fate is sealed.
We must remember than in a Sharia court a woman's word is worth half that of a man.
There is one man who could speak out on her behalf: President Barack Obama.
Unfortunately, President Obama is presently preoccupied with sucking up to the Mullahs and President Ahmadinejad to give a damn.
