The Irony of Obama's Comments at Buchenwald

President Obama spoke in front of the Buchenwald Concentration Camp and said it was a "rebuke" to Holocaust deniers. The President called Holocaust denial "ignorant, baseless and hateful."

Yet only 24 hours earlier in Cairo, President Obama insisted that Israel not deny Palestine's right to exist despite the fact that Holocaust denial is rampant in the Palestinian territories and Mahmoud Abbas himself has been a practitioner of Holocaust denial.

Somehow I don't think President Obama appreciates the irony.
