Now Obama Sees Why It Isn't A Good Idea To Supply Al Qaeda With Propaganda

I suppose this comes under the better late than never category.

The Obama Administration will now make efforts not to release photos of alleged prisoner abuse. Last month, the Obama Administration was going to do exactly that. For reasons aside from self-flagellation I cannot fathom why they would have even entertained the idea.

White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs said today that President Obama "believes that the release of these photos could pose a threat to men and women we have in harm's way." Gibbs added, "Nothing is added by the release of the photos."

Weren't conservatives telling you that all along?
