Thoughts on Roger Clemens

Former major league pitcher Roger Clemens has again publicly denied that Brian McNamee ever injected him with steroids or HGH.

Clemens was interviewed on ESPN Radio due today's release of the book American Icon: The Fall of Roger Clemens and the Rise of Steroids in America's Pastime which was written by several reporters from The New York Daily News.

Unfortunately, baseball and steroids are so well associated with each other that many people think every player does it.

But has it occurred to anyone that Clemens might be telling the truth?

Unless there's irrefutable proof that McNamee injected him or Clemens pulls a Pete Rose and admits he has not been truthful I will continue to give Clemens the benefit of the doubt.
