Wasn't Iran's Nuclear Program Supposed To Be Peaceful?

Iran has long insisted that its nuclear program is for peaceful purposes.

But when President Ahmadinejad tells a cheering crowd that it has just tested a surface to surface missile capable of hitting Israel one must greet those claims with the skepticism it so richly deserves.

Yet President Obama insists that Israel must bring about a Palestinian state before it will do anything about Iran's nuclear program. By the time the Palestinian state is established Iran's nuclear program will be in place as well.

It is mind boggling that Obama will talk to Iran without precondition but imposes a precondition on Israel when it comes to its security. I've just written an article about this that hopefully be up on the IC main page either today or tomorrow.
